Direct uploads

The latest version of Fragment Sync (v2.671) was put up yesterday. One of the major new features and changes in this version is that uploads to network PCs and FragmentSync.Net PCs are no longer done by issues a remote sync execution command to have the other machine download the necessary updates. Instead, uploads are now done directly just like it is with other devices and services.
Also of note is that a Windows 64-bit version of Fragment Sync is now available.
